For many years spray on bed liners have been availible in America but in recent years various companies have brought the product to the UK. We have set up in conjunction with our main business Van Bodies Ltd which is located the North West of England. We are pleased to be able to offer our spray on liner service throughout the UK, the prices we offer are at a fraction of the cost of similar service providers and the quality is second to none!

Our spray on bed liners are created using a chemical called polyurethane which is a combination of a resin and a hardener, this is sprayed on at a very high temperature and dries within seconds, making the whole process extremely fast. Now instead of using drop in bed liners which can trap water and cause corrision we can now apply the spray on liner to create a rust resitant, waterproof and airtight seal to protect your vehicle for many years to come.

Spray on liners can be used on many types of projects, you are not limited to just truckbeds. The material can be used on bumpers, side steps, rollbars, trailers and boats to mention a few, basically the possibilities are infinite, whatever ideas and projects you may have please don't hesitate to contact us.

Features of a spray on liner are:

• Adds value to your vehicle.
• Bonds to virtually any surface.
• Dries quickly - Easier to apply.
• No loss of cargo space.
• Evenly textured surface.
• Dampens sound and vibration.
• Withstands temperatures up to 350°
• Environmentally friendly.
• 100% bond to virtually any surface.
• Fast turnaround time.
• Prevents rust and corrosion.

How is it done?

The vehicle is covered to protect it from overspray. The next step is to prepare the surface by removing all grease, etc and then scratching up the surface to ensure strong adhesion to the vehicle/surface. Once the bedliner has been sprayed it takes only 3 - 5 seconds for the surface to dry and then a further 24 hours for the product to fully cure.
